In the elaboration of Vega Moragona Bobal 60´s, the grapes of our oldest vineyards of the Bobal native variety are selected, a typically Mediterranean variety. It is fermented maintaining a moderate temperature in truncated conical deposits for 12 days, this causes the necessary structure and delicate aromas to be printed on the wine during its stay in 500-liter barrels of American and French oak, a minimum of nine months, After the aging time, the best barrels for bottling Vega Moragona Bobal 60´s are selected again.
Tasting notes: Cherry red color, high layer, bright and clear. Clean and crisp aromas, mixed with notes of aromatic herbs, balsamic notes that wrap it and keep it fresh. The mouthfeel is fresh, meaty and consistent. You can see the fineness of the tannin, rounded and molded in an elegant way. Its passage through the mouth is long and persistent.
